Prepaid package Tuya Membership
allows you to enjoy all the benefits of Tuya Membership without being consistent every month. You can use 3 treatments from this package within 1 year after the purchase.
Membership Terms & Benefits
Membership begins with a 3-month commitment to fully experience the benefits of our facials, massages, and yoga classes. After the initial term, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis and may be cancelled at any time without penalty.
• Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. To cancel, please email us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Once cancelled, any unused services remain as store credit (no refunds will be provided).
• Billing: Your card on file will be automatically charged each month on the date you signed up. Membership discounts apply automatically at checkout. Gratuity is not included.
• Declined Payments: If your card is declined, we’ll reach out for updated payment information. If we don’t receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be cancelled.
• Freezes: You may freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year.
• Discounts: Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
