Prepaid Package Tuya Plus Membership
allows you to enjoy all the benefits of Tuya Plus Membership without being consistent every month. You can use 4 treatments from this package within 1 year after the purchase.
Membership begins with a 4-month commitment to experience the benefits of our facials, massages and yoga classes. After 4 months, membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty. We do not accept cancellations over the phone or verbally. To cancel you must email us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle. Once your membership is cancelled, the amount paid for remaining services does not expire and can be used as a store credit. No refund for remaining services will be provided.
Your card on file will be automatically billed each month recurring on the day of your sign up. You can book an appointment anytime and your discount will be automatically applied when you check out after your service. Membership does not include gratuity. If your card on file is declined, we will reach out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be cancelled.
You are able to freeze your account for up to 3 months a year.
